Welcome to Executive Persuasion
This toolkit helps you apply the frameworks from the Executive Persuasion course to real organizational challenges. Most people think persuasion is about being charismatic. It’s not. It’s very practical, very pragmatic, and very skill-based.
Getting Started
Start by creating an initiative in the sidebar — this is the organizational change you want to drive (e.g., “Grow fixed income rapidly in APAC”). Your initiative connects all your stakeholder analysis, messaging, and planning across every tool.
All your work is saved locally in your browser and can be exported at any time.
The Four Phases
Phase 1: Anticipate Agendas
Map your political landscape before taking action. Identify stakeholders, map power dynamics, and anticipate objections.
Phase 2: Mobilize Campaigns
Create compelling messages and build your coalition. Tailor messages to archetypes, establish justification, and build credibility.
Phase 3: Negotiate Support
Address concerns and secure commitments. Reduce stakeholder anxiety, craft subtle power arguments, and plan effective meetings.
Phase 4: Sustain Momentum
Maintain support and build lasting change. Plan small victories, monitor coalition health, and keep stakeholders engaged.
